Technical features

Electric heat sealing machine for MAP. Through a digital control panel, the setting of temperature and time of sealing, and vacuum degree is allowed. Sealing and cutting are automatic, as unwinding / rewinding of film. Multiformat without changing the mould.

Operating specifications

After choosing the desired format between trays and vessels of Series G-L-M and placed Mobile Selector Size in correspondence of the letter at the selected format, the cycle starts from the simple insertion of the drawer and LED signal cycle from GREEN becomes RED.		At the end of the MAP Packaging cycle (tank emptyng, gas mixture inlet, film sealing and dinking) the LED SIGNAL CYCLE BECOMES GREEN, and the drawer comes out automatically and the fresh product in COMPAC tray can be taken out from the slot thanks to the rising pan.		When the drawer comes out the thermo sealing film unfolds and C26S after 12 seconds from the cycle beginning is ready again to pack in MAP.
