PURPOSE OF THE DOCUMENT
This document is intended to describe the policy adopted by Compac s.r.l. in the treatment of personal data carried
out through this web site. This privacy policy is also provided as a brief information notice to any subject interacting
with the web services available on this site, in order to protect the personal data that can be accessed through it,
pursuant to article 13 of Leg. Decree no. 196/03. The information notice is provided only for Compac srl website and
not for any other sites that may be associated with it.
DATA CONCERNING THE CONNECTION
While connecting to this site the user is requested to provide his/her personal data. The data concerning the
established connection is collected and used for statistical purposes only on an anonymous basis. IP addresses are not
memorised and cookies are not used to track users.
DATA VOLUNTARILY PROVIDED BY THE USER
Sending electronic mail on an optional and voluntary basis to the addresses indicated in this site entails the
consequent acquisition of the sender’s details, required to answer the various requests, and of any other personal data
included in the message.
TERMS OF TREATMENT
Personal data are treated with computerised systems for the amount of time strictly necessary in order to achieve the purposes such data were originally collected for. Personal data will be used exclusively by Compac s.r.l. and shall not
be disclosed to any third parties nor circulated. Specific safety measures are implemented in order to avoid loss of
data, any illegal use or unauthorised access thereof.
DATA ARE SUBMITTED ON AN OPTIONAL BASIS
Except for what previously specified with regard to site navigation data, the user is free to decide whether or not to
provide the personal data required to meet his/her specific request. However, failure to provide such data may result
in the impossibility to meet the user’s requests.

The data controller, i.e. the subject responsible for the treatment of the personal data collected through this website,
is Compac s.r.l., having its registered office at via Spallanzani 8/A, Castelnovo di Sotto (Reggio Emilia).
The data processor, in charge of ensuring that the data subject can exercise in full his/her rights, will be Mr. Testi
Graziano , who can be found at the company’s main office located at Via Spallanzani 8/A, Castelnovo di Sotto (Reggio
Emilia). The data subject will be able to get in touch with this person at any time (via email at
amministrazione@compac.it) in order to get all the information he/she may need concerning the treatment of personal
data and to ensure that the rights referred to in article 7 of Leg. Decree no. 196/03 are fully exercised.
